ABOUT OUR TRAINING
We design complete development programs that include individual training, group training, home exercises, video analysis, nutrition, and more. Our training programs focus on age appropriate sports specificity principles. We build our athletes core strength to improve all around athletesism, along with their technical fundamentals, and game IQ . We progress to the specific physical demands and movements performed in the sport. Through extensive research and experience, we build an individualized exercise program and schedule to help each of our athletes reach there maximum potential. The goal is to develop elite athletes that excel in all areas of their sport. WE OFFER: PHYSICAL TRAINING, TECHNICAL TRAINING, TACTICAL TRAINING, AND MENTAL TRAINING.

Effective strength and conditioning training is crucial in determining an athlete’s level of performance! Our training methodology is clear and direct; it includes functional strength & conditioning training with sport specific drills to improve the athlete’s overall performance.
We start with a free evaluation session which allows us to asses the Athlete’s effectiveness in using specific muscle groups and movements needed in his or her particular sport.
Next we create drills that mimics game like movements.
We follow up with a strength training program that targets specific muscle groups
Lastly we evaluate our athlete’s progress and make necessary adjustment to their program.
Our experienced trainers are continuously improving how athletes train, condition, and maintain the quality of their performance. Our team carries out research to determine which workout routines will have the most success for our athletes, resulting in faster speed, quicker turns, and higher jumps. With an emphasis on proper technique and specialized equipment, you will quickly see the difference in the overall results produced at our facility.
