SUMMER SOCCER CAMP
INDIVIDUAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM
APT’s 1-on-1 strength and conditioning program provides the best fitness regime for individuals according to their diverse needs.
The focus of this program is on developing the fundamental skillsets that are necessary to enhance speed, core strength, fitness, and testing. The program offers strength and speed training that’s sport-specific with an emphasis on proper movement and technique. Our program aims to facilitate our athletes so that they can use all their muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints to their fullest capability.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
APT’s Group training is cost effective, so you’ll be paying less and receiving more by working side by side with fellow athletes who all benefit by learning from each other.
2 – 4 Athletes
This program is for individuals who want the most exclusive group training experience. Our team gives proper and undivided attention to each and every member of the group. We train each member individually and as a team, giving them personal advice according to their body requirements. Our expert instructors make sure that all the group members fitness goals are equally achieved.

MEDIUM GROUP TRAINING
5 – 9 Athletes
Medium group training sessions are larger in size, but they still only have a few athletes in them. Therefore, every member of the group still receives proper and undivided attention. We train them individually and give them personal advice according to their body requirements. Our expert instructors make sure that all the group members equally accomplish their goals.
75 min Sessions
Team Training emphasizes proper movement and technique through sport-specific strength and speed training. This training program is for all sports, ages, and experience levels. APT focuses on the overall improvement of the team’s athleticism, fitness, endurance and injury prevention. Our highly professional and expert team will draw up a custom-made program to meet the particular and diverse requirements of athletes. We do everything we can to keep the motivation high throughout our team training sessions for our athletes to succeed. Our aim involves two main points: assisting our athletes in exceeding their desired goals and significantly reducing the risk of injury.

Our qualified staff, who are all exercise science and health promotion graduates, train you with our exclusive training methods. We also receive assistance from former and current professional athletes to ensure the effectiveness of our training plans.
